La Cenerentola

The video was projected onto a scrim at the front of the stage, with the performers lit so as to be visible seated in the coach (photo from Michigan Opera Theater production). In the next scene, one of the singers comes on stage carrying a carriage wheel.

This was one of my earlier animation attempts. My wife Barbara, an artist, traced the horse images from the famous Eadweard Muybridge photos from the 1870s.
